Due to the Government announcing the introduction of funded spaces for children from 9 months to 5 years, our pricing will be adjusted in April 2025 to reflect the new funding entitlement to parents. Please see ‘ our prices’ section.
From September 2025 all eligible children aged 9 months to school age will have up to 30 hrs Government Funding to use with their childcare provider.

Its simple, Every child to be given the same excellent start in life we adhere to four main statements and all our staff thrive to ensure this Ethos is within everything we do each day.
Care and support
Your child is in the centre of all we do. We treat each child as if they were our own.
As owners and working parents ourselves we understand the importance of high-quality childcare where you feel at ease knowing your child is in a warm, friendly nursery with adults who care for them as if they were their own.
We work in partnership with parents to ensure your child has those familiar resources and support as they would at home.
Environment
Our settings are intimate and cosy, a place of creativity and imagination, they are fully equipped to enhance the next stage of your child’s education. Small homely spaces provide relation and quiet. We provide high quality sociable experiences throughout their young lives
with us. Children feel safe, loved and supported in a homely environment, when children feel this, they feel confident to explore and challenge themselves with new activities, food and friendships.
We try not to fill capacity which not only gives the children better ratios therefore more quality time with their keyworker and space to explore but it allows for that little bit of flexibility for extra hours to support parents work life, our ratios are 1 adult to 3 babies - 1 adult for every 5 toddlers - 1 adult for every 8 pre schoolers
Well being and inclusivity
We treat everyone fairly, we listen and respect opinions and encourage creativity. We are open and equal, our doors are open to all.
Our Chefs provide high quality, homemade, balanced snacks and meals, various menu options and dietary requirements are provided to parents and are all included in our flexible hourly rate, nappies and wipes are also included, we do not charge for consumables.
We explore outdoor activities each day. we are always in nature our settings all sit in the heart of small towns near parks, rivers, forests, fields and gorgeous walks with plenty of wildlife.
We are an ambassador for the Baby Bank Network Exeter and donate to this charity termly, we support their ethos and work in partnership with parents to help them. We resource our products to include high standards and put money back into the settings for the enrichment of the nursery for the children
Team and education
Our Teams are Highly trained and passionate professionals who nurture children, The teams have been selected as they have a passion and desire to inspire little ones to enhance their journey with us. Each team member creates focused planning each fortnight for children to explore challenge and develop
Our Teams are the beating heart of our settings and the front line for parents; therefore they are supportive, respectful and welcoming to parents, they thrive on listening to their key child doing well at home and mirroring those milestones in the nursery.
We are inspected by Ofsted and adhere to their guidelines in accordance to the early years foundation stage.
Our last inspection in Topsham was in August 2022, The Topsham setting achieved a GOOD Ofsted rating.
Our last inspection in Rockbeare was in May 2023, The Rockbeare setting achieved a GOOD Ofsted rating.
Our last inspection in Lympstone was in August 2023, The Lympstone setting achieved a GOOD Ofsted rating.

Early starts and late finishes
We understand that your requirements for early years care and education are as unique as your child.
We do offer early starts from 7.30am in some settings, please speak to a staff member on your enrolment visit
We offer hourly rates, to be flexible with your childcare needs., you choose your hours, no full days to pay if not required.
NO EXTRA COMSUMABLES OR RESOURCES CHARGE OR EXTRA CHARGES FOR FUNDED CHILDREN
Home from home
Our homely environment offers the comforts of home in a safe, comfortable space. Our settings allow children free-flow, with child led opportunities to learn, encouraged with a few adult led activities. All our settings have a great outdoor space to explore and never far from a play park or other enrichments like duck feeding, playgroups and beaches.
Celebrate your child’s learning and development with Tapestry
Tapestry is an easy-to-use and secure online learning journal platform. We use it to update parents about child development and you can also let us know about their progress at home. We add pictures throughout the day so you can be reassured your child is happy and settled with us.
